High Efficiency Chiller

Large Capacity Chiller
HRS high capacity standard chillers offer cooling capacities of 9, 10, 15, and 20.5 kW. Coolant and refrigeration circuits are included in a compact package. Extracted heat can be air or water cooled. Set temperatures are PID controlled, while the system is monitored for 42 alarms. Additional features include a heating function, serial communication, and IPX4 ingress rating for outdoor installation.
Rack Mount Chiller
HECR and HRR are temperature control devices mountable in a 19-inch rack. HECR uses a refrigerant-free Peltier device for high precision regulation. The HRR offers greater heat capacity using a refrigeration circuit. Both coolant circuit technologies can be air or water-cooled. Rack mounts recover desktop or floor space, permit stacking of related devices, and are mobile. These chillers meet CE and UL standards and include power supplies with global compatibility.

High Technology Chiller
HRZ recirculating chillers are especially suited for semiconductor and other high technology sectors by conforming to SEMI equipment standards for safety, environment and health, ergonomics, and voltage sag immunity. Cooling capacities
range from 1 to 10 kW. A double inverter option is available, featuring a DC inverter compressor and inverter pump, to save power and reduce the facility water demand. The HRZ has a wide temperature setting range and compatibility
with several coolant fluid types.
High Performance Heat Exchanger
HRW heat exchangers are refrigerant free and use no compressor. This energy efficient design saves further by using an inverter pump for demand-based rotation control. Four models offer cooling capacities from 2 to 30 kW. The HRW is rated for high performance temperature stability of ±0.3°C through a set range of 20 to 90°C. The operation panel includes an input keypad and multi-line LCD display. 23 alarms report on a variety of circuit and equipment conditions to facilitate optimal operation. In addition to standard I/O and RS-485 serial communications, analog and DeviceNetTM彩票大赢家 communications are optional.
Peltier Thermoelectric Bath and Tank
The HEB-W is a thermoelectric circulating bath comprised of a controller and liquid tank. Cooling is performed by a refrigerant-free Peltier element, with extracted heat removed via facility water connection. Temperature can be set from -15.0 to 60.0°C (fluorinated fluid), achieving a distribution of ±0.2°C in the bath. Abnormal heating and temperature sensor errors can be detected and reported. Dimensions and power requirements are suitable for laboratory benchtop service. Tank and controller can be ordered together or separately.
Benchtop Precision Chiller
HEC recirculating chillers satisfy low capacity temperature control demand in the range of 140 to 1200 watts. A refrigerant-free, thermoelectric Peltier element controls temperature from 10.0 to 60.0°C, with precision of ±0.1°C under stable load conditions. Extracted heat can be air or water cooled. 15 alarms support functional troubleshooting, and can be observed on the LCD display or over serial communication. Low noise and vibration, compact dimensions and flexible power requirements are suitable for laboratory benchtop service.
Benchtop Chemical Chiller

The device consists of a controller and separate fluororesin heat exchanger. An external circulation pump must be customer supplied. Typical compatible fluids include hydrofluoric and sulfuric acid, copper sulfate solution, ammonia hydrogen peroxide, sodium hydroxide, and deionized or ozonated water. A refrigerant-free, thermoelectric Peltier element controls temperature from 10.0 to 60.0°C, with precision of ±0.1°C. Extracted heat can be removed via facility water connection. 17 failure diagnostics can be displayed on the LCD display or read out over serial communication.
Pressure and Flow Sensors for Coolant
ISE20C(H) Digital Pressure Sensor, IP65
ISE20C is a digital pressure sensor offering compatibility with both compressed air and non-corrosive liquids. Compared to the ISE20, the ISE20C adds a 2nd switch output, as well as analog voltage or current output. The ISE20CH offers a 2 MPa pressure range. The 3-screen, 3-color display shows the instantaneous reading in red or green, and the setting label and its numerical value in orange. The switch output responds within 1.5ms once the set pressure value is reached. ISE20C(H) is UL/CSA, CE and RoHS compliant, with an IP65 enclosure rating.
ISE70G Digital High Pressure Sensor, IP67 with IO-Link
The ISE70G pressure sensors provide continuous quantitative values, as well as switched digital outputs when pressure set points are met. Compatible fluids include any non-corrosive liquid or gas. 4 pressure ranges are offered, from 1.0 to 10.0 MPa. This sensor is also IO-Link compatible. Sensor information, such as identity, functional state, cable connection, and current or switch values can be set or monitored remotely through an IO-Link master, and connected to a fieldbus network. The ISE70G series is designed for abusive environments that may also include splashed coolant, lubricants, or grime. Electronics are packaged in a metal housing, while the piping connection is a stout lug with female threads, which together protect the sensor against accidental collisions with other objects in the area. A smooth display face with membrane type buttons avoids contamination from grit and sticky residue that could clog or jam raised rubber buttons. The display is angled and can rotate 336 degrees, to permit easy reading when indirectly mounted. The main screen shows instantaneous values in red or green, while the sub screen settings appear in orange. Switch indicators will also light when set points are reached.
PSE560 Remote Analog Pressure Sensor, IP65
PSE560 and 564 are remote pressure sensors with an analog V or mA signal output. PSE56* sensors measure pressure of any liquid or gas non-corrosive to 316L stainless steel. 560 is for a standard pneumatic system's pressure range, while the 564 model is for low pressure. An accuracy of ±1% of the full scale rated pressure range is suitable for general purpose applications. Includes a fixed cable with field wired connector option. PSE560 and PSE564 are UL/CSA, CE and RoHS compliant, with IP65 enclosure ratings.
PSE570 Enhanced Remote Analog Pressure Sensor, IP65
PSE570 remote pressure sensors offer positive pressure ranges from 500 kPa to 10 MPa, with increased proof pressures and a higher withstand voltage for improved durability in unpredictable conditions. A nickel-plated C3604 brass port and ceramic sensor impart compatibility with a wide range of liquids and gases. An analog V or mA signal ouput is transmitted over a cable with an M12 connector. Accuracy is ±1% full scale for pressure below 1 MPa and ±2.5% for higher ranges. PSE570 sensors are CE and RoHS compliant, with an IP65 enclosure rating.
PSE300AC Pressure Sensor Monitor, IP65
PSE300AC is a remote sensor monitor with an informative, easy to read 3 screen 3 color display. While primarily suited for the PSE570 pressure sensor series, its range input function scales the analog output of any sensor with M12 connector. View the sensor's measured value on the main screen, while also viewing a variety of secondary data on the sub-screens. Upgraded features include front facing M12 power and sensor connections, low energy consumption, and selectable NPN/PNP outputs. PSE300AC is CE and RoHS compliant, with an IP65 enclosure rating.
PF3W7 Digital Flow Switch for Water, Integrated Display
PF3W is a digital flow sensor that constantly monitors water or coolant flow. PF3W refreshes the design and operating performance of the legacy PF2W model. The body is up to 40% smaller in volume, and requires shorter straight piping for improved installation flexibility. The upgraded 2-screen, 3-color numerical display rotates in both CW and CCW directions, offering improved visibility in a range of orientations. Two outputs are available, including two switch signals, or a switch and analog signal. Options include a mounting bracket, flow adjustment valve and temperature sensor to monitor flow and temperature simultaneously. PF3W is grease-free, IP65 rated, and C-UL-US, CE and RoHS compliant.
PF3W5 Digital Flow Switch for Water, Remote Sensor
PF3W is a digital flow sensor that constantly monitors water or coolant flow. PF3W refreshes the design and operating performance of the legacy PF2W model. This is the remote version of PF3W7, with a display. One or two analog outputs are available, depending on whether the optional temperature sensor is selected. Additional options include a mounting bracket, flow adjustment valve and M8 lead wire. PF3W is grease-free, IP65 rated, and C-UL-US, CE and RoHS compliant.
PF3W3 Digital Flow Monitor for Water
PF3W3 is a monitor with display for the PF3W5 remote flow sensors. The sensor and monitor can be located up to 3m apart using PF3W5's optional cable. View the sensor's measured value in the primary screen, while viewing a variety of secondary data in the sub-screens, including switch set point values, an accumulation quantity, or a peak or bottom value. Alternately, assign a text description for the sensor's line or location. Two outputs are available, including two switch signals, or a switch and analog signal. Choose between metric or Imperial display units. A panel mount adapter is also available, as well as connector options. PF3W3 is IP65 rated (front panel only), and C-UL-US, CE and RoHS compliant.
PF2D Flow Switch for Liquids
PF2D is a flow switch for liquids including high purity chemicals, solutions, and deionized water. The PF2D is a remote sensor that sends output to a 4-channel panel monitor capable of reporting up to 4 separate outputs. Three flow ranges are available, as well as 3 tube size connections. The monitor displays instantaneous or accumulated flow, as well as an indicator for switch output. This 4-channel monitor reduces installation, space, wiring and cost.

Series KQG2 is a one-touch fitting made of all stainless steel SUS316, except seal parts. The series is suitable for use with steam and is grease-free. Applicable tubing includes FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin. The KQG2 series is available in both metric and inch sizes. The KQG2 is more compact and lightweight, and offers more configuration variations and tube sizes than the KQG series.
KFG2 Stainless Steel Fitting
